Uche J. Amanambu – Principal Partner

Uche is a multi-skilled leader and distinguished Legal Counsel with over 14 years’ combined technical and business management experience, delivering high-value impact in multiple industries. She has proven legal expertise in managing complex business transactions, implementing legal risk management and mitigation strategies, and other innovative business solutions.

She holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom, a B.L from the Nigeria Law School as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Kent, Canterbury, United Kingdom.

She has attended several trainings/workshops within and outside Nigeria such as Management Development Programmes and Financial Planning Workshops, The Nigerian Stock Exchange Compliance Sessions, Understanding Corporate Governance, Legal and Risk Aspects of Derivatives amogst others.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
